The Russian Defense Ministry claimed in its statements, on Friday, that clashes between the opposition factions in Daraa are the reason of the deterioration of humanitarian situation in the province.
While Russia's warplanes didn't stop targeting the medical centers and facilities of Daraa, since the beginning of the week, and are participating in the military campaign waged by Assad and Iranian militias in the Syrian South.
The Russian reconciliation's center claimed that Daraa is witnessing "clashes between armed groups, which are fighting to control territories that are not under their control," adding that members of the opposition factions are confiscating foodstuff and medicines from the civilians, while men who are able to carry weapons, including the underage, are being forcibly recruited in the ranks of the gangs there.
It should be noted that regime forces and Iranian militias backed by the Russian air force have started a violent attack on Daraa, last Saturday, where Russian warplanes have destroyed more than 10 hospitals and civil defense centers. Also, Russian warplanes targeted civilians' neighborhoods, raising the death toll among civilians to more than 150.
