Qasioun Agency reported that Russian airbase of Hmeimim acknowledged the operations of forced displacement against the locals in Homs and Damascus countrysides.
The airbase said that the so-called Russian conciliation center aims "in cooperation with Syrian governmental sides" to return the locals to Homs and Damascus countrysides, to join the re-establishment of their areas
The airbase said that it wishes to support the "Governmental forces with more fighters to face the acts of terror groups eastern Syria" pointing out to push the youth males to the military operations against the Islamic state ISIS militant group.
Russian forces helped in displacing more than 120,000 civilians and backed up by the Syrian regime forces who followed the scorched earth policy in each of Damascus and Homs countrysides and Eastern Qalamon area and southern Damascus area.
