The Syrian Network for Human Rights documented in a report issued on Friday the death of 354 people during May, 132 of whom were killed by the Syrian-Russian alliance.
The report pointed to the decrease in the toll of victims for the second, while the assassinations by shooting and bombing has increased.
According to the report, 4166 civilians were killed since the beginning of 2018 by the conflicting parties in Syria, 74% of whom were killed by the Syrian-Russian alliance's forces.
354 people were killed in May, among which 107 civilians who were killed by the regime forces including 27 children, 19 women, and 11 were tortured to death.
The Syrian Network added in its report that 25 civilians including 13 children and 7 women were killed by forces, which is believed to be Russian.
The report also signaled that 17 civilians, including 5 children were killed by the militant organizations, 12 of whom where killed by the organization of Daesh and 5 civilians killed by Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham, where 7 civilians including a child were killed by the armed opposition factions.
The report added that 14 civilians including 2 children and a woman were tortured to death by the Self Management Forces.
In the same context the report said that 56 civilians including 25 children and 17 women were killed during May by the airstrikes of the international coalition.
The report stresses that Syrian-Russian alliance forces have violated the rules of the international human rights law which guarantee the right to life. 90% of the wide and individual attacks, the report adds, were directed against civilians and civilian objects, which discredits the Syrian government’s and the Russian regime’s claims that they are fighting “Al Qaeda and terrorists”.
