The Syrian Observation for Human Rights published yesterday that unidentified gunmen shot a man and a child girl, of the displaced people of the eastern countryside of Hama, in the eastern sector of Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside, which caused their immediate death, without information about the reasons and circumstances of this shooting.
The SOHR also published yesterday morning that the sound of an explosion was heard in Sarmada area in the northern countryside of Idlib near the Syrian-Turkish border, it was caused by throwing a grenade by unidentified gunmen, which caused material damage and injured one person at least, in the continuation of this type of operations, in conjunction with the escalation of assassinations in the past days and weeks.
While the Observatory published a day before, that a body of a young man was found in the industrial area in Idlib city, his body had marks of torture, where he was killed and thrown in the area after being abducted.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored on the evening of 19th of May 2018, unidentified gunmen targeting 5 members of the security committee in Idlib city, which caused their immediate death, while unidentified gunmen opened fire on a checkpoint of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in al-Z’einiyyeh area in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur city, which killed 2 members and injured 4 others, while unidentified gunmen threw a grenade on a checkpoint of a rebel faction in Ayn Al-Hamra area in Sahl Al-Ruj.
