The Forexlive website quoted German Government Spokeswoman as saying: "Germany agrees with allies that use of chemical weapons must have consequence, and must assume that not all chemical weapons in Syria were destroyed."
The German spokeswoman added: " continued political cards being thrown around between the Western front against Russia and Syria. We're still awaiting to hear about the possible missile strikes," according to the website.
"Trump should be up and about in an hour (or maybe less), so let's see if he has anything interesting to say when he wakes up. Though we at least know someone in Russia isn't looking forward to it," she said.
It should be noted that Chansellor Angela Merkel has earlier condemned the use of chemical weapons in Syria (in the strongest possible terms) and said there are serious indications that the Russian backed Syrian regime was responsible.
